New Season Ticket Orders
Hokie Club members wishing to order season tickets for the first time or who did not order tickets the previous year will be mailed a season ticket order form. The season ticket order form should be returned or postmarked by the season ticket renewal deadline (May 1) in order to receive full consideration based upon your Hokie Club Priority. Orders will be filled based on availability. Priority will be based on the Benefits Deadline of the previous year (December 31).

Renewing Season Tickets
Hokie Club members wishing to renew season tickets from last year must return the season ticket order form by the season ticket renewal deadline (May 1). Renewals not received by this date will be considered late. Late orders are subject to relocation.

Requesting a Seat Change
To request a change in seat location, please make this request in writing on the season ticket order form or via the online renewal process.

All season ticket football parking is assigned annually using the Hokie Club’s Point Priority System. The member’s Hokie Club Rank as of the Benefits Deadline will be used during the assigning process. Parking is limited to one parking pass per membership.

Individual Parking
Every attempt is made to place the member in their previous season’s parking lot location unless a different request is made. If a change in location is desired, please make the parking request in writing on the season ticket order form or via the online renewal process.

Group Parking
Hokie Club members can submit group parking requests, allowing several members to have their parking spaces assigned together. Group parking will be assigned based on the donor in the group with the lowest (worse) rank.

Group Parking Instructions:

1. Each member requesting to park with a group must list the names of the other group members on each of their corresponding season ticket order forms.
2. All individual season ticket order forms must be submitted to the Athletic Ticket Office TOGETHER.

Once season ticket order forms are received by the Athletics Ticket Office, individual parking forms can not be altered or grouped.
