On Monday, March 26, 2007, the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors gave the Virginia Tech Athletics Department the OK to design a new Basketball Practice Facility. The facility will have two full length basketball courts as well as offices, locker rooms, weight room, and all support areas needed for both the men’s and women’s basketball programs. In addition, the facility will have dedicated space for an Olympic Sports Weight room.
